Hi everyone,

Here is all of the information for our next drawing session! This month, I’ll first show you my process for creating complicated compositions.
After that, we’ll spend a an hour on a composition I’ve created for you. You can draw the whole composition or just parts of it.

I’m sending you the reference pictures ahead of time so you can already start drawing the composition, or draw the separate elements if you like. But no pressure, drawing only in the Zoom meeting is great too :)

When is the session?

What are we drawing?
We’re drawing a composition of flowers and butterflies

Timing
We’ll draw for a whole hour! So you can relax and take as much time as you need.

Replay
If you can’t make it to the session, a replay will be posted as soon as possible (usually 24 hrs).

Materials
Because it’s a complex image, I think I’m going to stick to one material, either a dip pen or fineliners, which allows me to focus on one thing and not worry about colour. But you can also choose 3 for instance, with the 3 material challenge in mind (which I didn’t do but the results people had were so great!)
