Timelapse: painting a peacock butterfly

Hello! I hope you’re having a lovely weekend.

For the last video of the month, I want to show you a little painting I made of a peacock butterfly.

I was in the mood to make something 3D, but since it was the weekend I wanted to keep it a bit simple, so a butterfly seemed just right for that.

I mounted the butterfly on a gesso board. The sides are 4 cm thick, so I plan to paint something on them later. If you guys have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them!
