Spring Flowers Relaxation Drawing

Let's find a moment to enjoy some pencils on coloured paper

Sometimes you just need an hour and relax, draw and not think too much about what the outcome should be. That was exactly what I needed.

I had all sorts of plans, which would potentially take days to actually create, and to be perfectly honest, I was rather dreading it all.

But then I came across this wonderful relaxing video

posted recently. We hosted the Wonderful Wildflowers drawing session a few weeks ago, and we were both really inspired by the quick drawings we made during the session.


Mel then created a beautiful sketchbook page filled with Spring Wildflowers, and it got me thinking, creating a page or a spread because you’re just really inspired in that moment, could really help calm the nervous system and fuel the inspiration that was already there
